Also contained in this new image release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory. Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million. The released images suggest he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool. You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner. The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying different areas of the property. Alongside this are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters. Further images made public as part of the continuing congressional release.
